Reservations are secured with a 50% initial deposit via our secure booking engine. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to your arrival. Each booking includes a dedicated concierge introduction to begin tailoring your stay.
02What is your cancellation policy?
To maintain our standards of exclusivity, we offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in. Between 14 and 30 days, a 50% refund is issued. Within 14 days of arrival, bookings are non-refundable.
03Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all stays. This is typically authorized as a hold on your credit card and released within 7 days of departure following a property inspection.
04What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. While we prioritize these times to ensure our high standards of cleanliness, early arrivals or late departures may be requested and are subject to availability.
